Cuvée Experiences

JOLO will be offering this Cuvee Tasting Experience multiple days throughout the year. This tasting is available to all visiting guests, including wine club members and non-members.

It will include a flight of 5 different wines paired perfectly with 5 different courses, plus a bonus wine!

    We also offer a Reserve tasting flight of our finest red wines, it requires that all in the party participate.
    This Reserve Flight is $40 per person plus tax and includes the Riedel logo glass for take-away.

    The tasting will start promptly at 11:30AM.

    We recommend to all guests to arrive 15 minutes prior to this event to allow time to be seated before the event begins.

    Cuvee and Premier Club members are are allotted up to 4 tickets that must all be redeemed at the same time.

    THIS CUVEE TASTING EXPERIENCE IS ALSO AVAILABLE TO NON-MEMBER GUESTS!! Tickets for non-members are $149 + tax and gratuity for each ticket.

    • Beet and Goat Cheese Salad- mixed green salad, shaved onion, beets, lemon caper vinaigrette

    3rd Course

    • Wine Marinated Sausage Ragu and Cheese Manicotti, Tomato Wine Marinara
    • Wine Pairing: 2021 Crimson Creek

    4th Course

    • Beef Loin- served with a red wine demi-glace, pommes puree, haricot vert
    • Wine Pairing: 2021 JOLOTAGE

    5th Course

    • Intermission for food
    • Wine Pairing: 2020 Carolus XII

    6th Course

    • Key Lime Tart- whipped cream, berry coulis
    • Wine Pairing: JOLO Sweet Vermouth
