I Just Joined The Wine Club! Now What Do I Do To Get The Quarterly Wine Club Orders?

Welcome to the Wine Club! You can sit back and relax and we will do the rest. We will automatically bill the credit card that we have on file for you, for each quarterly order that you will be receiving from us. We will email you several weeks prior to the scheduled wine club orders to allow you to make substitutions.

$75.00 Per Quarter plus tax & shipping x 4 per year.

Receive three fabulous, handcrafted wines selected by the JOLO winemaker and shipped or picked up 4 times per year.

JOLO Pick Up Party- Free wine glass of wine (one per member) and food when you pick up your quarterly shipment. Dates TBD.

Invitation to the annual “JOLOTAGE” Tour de Vin dinner at JOLO, wine pairings and a private tour of the winery; additional costs apply.

First dibs on JOLO “Kissed” Wine Barrel with up to 65% discounts to what the public pays.

JOLO Premier Club

$250 Per Quarter plus tax & shipping x 4 per year.

Includes all of current Club JOLO and Cuvée Club membership offerings plus…

6 bottles per shipment (instead of 3). 1 of 6 bottles from each shipment will be sold out/ library wine signed by the winemaker.

Quarterly Pick Up Parties – Up to four people at no charge.

Access to reserved parking closest to the JOLO Tasting Lodge (three spots are available every day).

Invitation to our annual Private Picnic in the Vineyards event with winemaker JW Ray and other premier members.

$25.00 per night Honeymoon Chateau rental (Retail rate is $225/night. Based on availability).

Private premier seating area. Space will include fans and heaters as needed for seasonal comfort. (Based on availability)

$5,000 per year plus tax

Exclusive releases and offers, reserved for JOLO Reserve Club member only.

200 bottles of wine from the blend that you put together.

Invite for you and up to 3 guests to a JOLO harvest and Crush for each year you are a member

1 Day of blending trial of finished wines

JOLO barrels to select your blend or single varietal.

Custom labeling —Up to 3 label edits before printing.

An invite for you and up to 3 guests to filter, bottle, cork and label your own wine.

Bottles, corks, and foils supplied by JOLO —Labels are an additional cost.

I Just Joined The Wine Club. When Will I Receive My Quarterly Wine Club Orders?

Wine Club orders are processed in February, May, August, and November. Just hang tight, we will email you everything you need!

How Long Does My Membership Last?

We do expect all memberships to be in a commitment of one year. We love having you as a wine club member and we know you will enjoy our wine club – You are welcome to remain a member as long as you like. Your membership and benefits will continue to automatically renew until you decide to terminate it.

When Do My Benefits Begin?

When you sign up and take your first wine club order! At that point, you can start taking advantage of your benefits immediately.

Can I Get Other Wine If I Don’t Like What’s Scheduled In The Quarterly Wine Club Shipment?

If by chance you don’t desire one of the wines hands picked by our winemaker, let us know at least two weeks in advance of the scheduled shipment. JOLO sends an email to your account email at least three weeks prior to club shipments or pick up party events which list the selected wines and how to substitute if desired. Email us at wineclub@jolovineyards.com for eligibility of wines. No more than two of the same eligible wines may be substituted.

I’m Going To Be In The Area – Can I Pick Up My Quarterly Wine Club Order At The Winery?

Of course! The most fun (and delicious) way to pick up your wine club shipment is to attend one of our JOLO Club pick up parties held each quarter. RSVP’s are required, so check your inbox, or our website at www.jolovineyards.com/shop which posts the party dates and ticket ordering instructions, or our monthly e-newsletter for all details.

If you cannot attend a party but want to make arrangements to pick your shipment up at the JOLO Tasting Lodge, we must be notified by email at least 14 days prior to our posted ship date to enable you to pick up your quarterly wine club order.

What Is The Shipping Cost Of A Wine Club Order?

There is an approximate $20 freight charge to ship each quarterly wine club order to you.

How Long Will It Take To Receive My Wine Once Shipped?

Depending on where you are located in the United States, you may receive the wine in as few as two days but up to one week, once your order has been shipped out.

Will I Receive A Tracking Number?

You will receive a tracking notification via email once your wine is en route with the local carrier in your area.

I Wasn’t Home To Sign For My Wine Delivery, How Do I Get My Shipment?

If you have missed a single delivery attempt, call the carrier (use the number listed on the tag left for you). Typically there are multiple options available, including scheduling another delivery, redirecting the shipment to a business address, or picking up your wine at the carrier’s location. Three delivery attempts will be made before the package is returned to JOLO. After the third attempt, the wine will be returned back to JOLO where you can pick it up or pay an additional $20 to be shipped out again. However, after being returned, we cannot guarantee the quality of the product. Also, keep in mind, someone of age 21 or older must be present to sign for delivered wine, so many members have their wine shipped to a business address.

Can You Ship Wine To Every State?

Unfortunately, due to many different state laws, we can NOT accept club memberships for shipment of wine outside of the United States or to the following states: AL, AR, CA, CT, DE, KY, MI, MS, MO, NJ, OK, RI, SD, UT, VT

Can I Have A Standing Arrangement To Pick Up All Of My Quarterly Wine Club Orders At The Winery?

Yes, we can set up your account to have all of your quarterly wine club orders held for pick up rather than shipping. Please email us at wineclub@jolovineyards.com to request to have your account set up this way. And, if for some reason you’re not able to make it to JOLO to pick up your order, at your request we’ll ship each order to your shipping address on file (approximately a $20 shipping fee per quarterly order). We can only guarantee the exact bottle ordered for 30 days, after that time they will be returned to inventory. Comparable bottles will be issued.

Is My Wine Club Membership Transferable?

Your wine club membership benefits belong solely to you and therefore cannot be shared, transferred or extended to others.

How Do I Cancel My Membership?

Send an email to wineclub@jolovineyards.com to cancel at any time after 12 months.

Can I Skip or Postpone A Quarterly Wine Club Order?

Of course, if you need to place your account on “hold” for a vacation, moving or similar circumstance, we can oblige one time during the lifetime of your membership. Please send a request in writing to wineclub@jolovineyards.com.

In an effort to provide our wine club members with the best customer service possible, we must have your current e-mail address on file. Having your e-mail address enables us to communicate relevant information like the “pre-shipment notices,” shipment tracking numbers and event information. So, if you suspect in any way that we may not have your current e-mail address, please respond to wineclub@jolovineyards.com.

Here at JOLO Winery & Vineyards, we have a commitment to protecting your personal data. We do not share, sell or loan any personal information with any other business or organizations. And, with spam becoming more and more bothersome, many companies and home PC users have installed spam-protecting programs. On most Internet services, especially e-mail services, automatic programs are in place to block unidentified senders. We recently learned a wine club member was not able to receive e-mails from JOLO Winery & Vineyards due to a newly installed spam filter. So, if you have not been able to receive e-mails from us and would like to, please check any recently installed filters at home or at work.

Can I Have My Quarterly Wine Club Order Delivered To Home Or Work?

Although you may ship to a home address, we strongly recommend shipping to a business address where someone 21 years or older is available to sign for the package upon delivery.

Can I Get My Discount When Ordering Online?

Yes, you must log in before you place your order. A 25% Discount will automatically be applied to active club members orders once you have logged in. If logging in for the first time, you can obtain your username or a password reset by emailing our wine club department at wineclub@jolovineyards.com.

How Do I Order Tickets To The Quarterly Wine Club Pick Up Party?

Being that our quarterly wine club pick up parties are exclusive to JOLO Members and their guest (or guests), you do have to be logged onto your online account to purchase and must be an active member to attend. Coupon codes are easily found to associate with different levels of
